I think it’s just about allowing yourself to be. Breathe, relax. I often find myself antsy, drowning in a sea of thoughts. On the surface, I appear cool and calm yet my mind is like a kaleidoscope.
So, today I give myself permission to exist and when I put my pencil to my notebook, I’ll allow my thoughts to dance on paper, sipping my Cafe Au Lait like it’s the last one I’ll ever have.
