There’s something wonderful about sticking with something that you start. It’s a rewarding feeling that stems from within when you put your all, a full 100% into doing something for yourself.
I set off on the BuzzFeed 14 Day Clean Eating Challenge 10 days ago and it has been one of the best things I could have done for myself. Not only have my energy levels increased in just a few short days, I’ve learned a wealth of new recipes that make my tastebuds salivate at the very thought of them.
I’m about 4 days away from completing my challenge and I have no desire to go backwards. I love the way I feel! The beauty of this short but exciting journey is the way my lifestyle has changed for the better. I will still have a slice of Tiramisu every now and then (I’m only human) but I I understand the importance of caring for your body.
