Long Live Lentils 

  

A go-to of mine when payday isn’t quite around the corner and I need a healthy & hearty meal, lentils. They’re packed with protein and if you add a little quinoa you’re golden!

Of course, I like to jazz mine up a bit and throw in some fresh basil, red peppers & a little feta to top it off. 

A $5 meal that’s quick, healthy & cheap, pure decliousness!
