Who would have ever thought I’d be hosting writing workshops.Definitely not me! It’s amazing where life leads you when you focus your attention on your intention.

Yesterday, we gathered at Sam AM, a local cafe in Jersey City with amazing Cafe Au Laits and fresh cookies baked by Sam himself. Miles Davis played smoothly and it couldn’t get much better!

The energy was wonderful; peace of mind and expression filled the room as I enjoyed the company of such fascinating people. We vibed, wrote and connected in ways that allowed each and every one of us to be vulnerable and express ourselves in such a welcoming environment. It was truly a memorable moment.
